Only drawback I'm aware of is that GPS functionality currently is broken. But that appears to be true for every Oreo or Nougat based custom ROM I tried so far. If you really need GPS then you'll have to go back to a a version that's old enough (apparently before April or May 2018). This one here had working GPS when I tested it 2 weeks ago
